Our Strategic Objectives: With our mission in mind, the leadership team of African Impact has identified six (6) core priority strategic issues as important influences on planning for the future of African Impact:

  1. Financial Resources Diversification: Increasing and diversifying our financial support is a priority to support the mission of African Impact work and the priorities in our strategic plan.
  2. Policies, Staff, Board, Mentors, and Volunteers: Strengthening internal processes and increasing internal infrastructure and management processes will help respond, increase efficiency, and prepare for future growth. Refining our operations, improving the performance of our staff and board members, as well as expanding opportunities for volunteers and mentors will strengthen the organization.
  3. Partner with other organizations as a tool for expansion: Creating Sustained Economic opportunity and fighting against poverty remain core priorities for African Impact. We will seek partnerships with other organizations and stakeholders as an important vehicle for reaching vulnerable communities and accomplishing our goal of working to reach the less fortunate people. Nurturing the relationship with our partners was identified as an important strategic priority for our growth.
  4. Organizational Measurement as a mechanism to measure our success: We will commit resources to establish and regularly use feedback mechanisms and tracking tools to measure our overall progress toward achieving our objectives, goals, and vision.
  5. Economic Development Program as a catalyst for change: Expanding our entrepreneurship and small business development programs as tools to enact job creation and economic opportunities to bring change in people’s life.
  6. Programs, Education & Outreach: Improve our program development capability, Increase our Education & Outreach efforts through marketing and public engagement.
